Purrfect Leap

Purrfect Leap is a platformer where you control a tiny cat on a mission to collect tuna cans and stars for points. But there’s a twist—platforms become invisible if you stop moving or backtrack! Some vanish when you touch them, while others disappear if you move backward, making every jump a challenge.

This game was created in just 7 days for the Code for a Cause Game Jam.

Features:

• Three nearly identical levels.
• A cute protagonist inspired by my own cat.
• A total score system… that isn’t displayed anywhere—so you can count it yourself!
• No timers—take your time and plan your jumps carefully.

Max score for each level:

 Level 1: 27

 Level 2: 31

 Level 3: 41

 Total Max Score: 99

Known Issues:

• The options button does nothing (it’s just there for decoration).
• Don’t press the exit button!
• After completing all three levels and returning to the main menu, the game might stop running.
• Music fades as you progress through a level—this was not intentional.
• Some platforms that should disappear… don’t.
